when you watch someone, their newly submitted deviations will show up in a section attached to your messages entitled "deviations"

and you have to type what the emoticon is, you can't just click it unfortunately, like for :glomp: you type : glomp : without the spaces =) hope that helps, and thanks for the faves :D

indeed, there are lots of people who do comission work on here =) just look around through artists galleries that you like and send them a note (they would likely charge for it though)
